The company remains an independent, family owned and managed business even to this day. Our primary coverage areas are the towns of Dorchester and Weymouth, including all the smaller surrounding villages that make up this beautiful area of the country down here in West Dorset.

Our sales department boast a wealth of knowledge with more than 75 years’ experience across our three-person sales team. We have supplier accounts with most of the leading manufacturers which give us a vast range of products available which we can identify, recommend, and then obtain and supply. Whether your request is for a simple washing machine, a self-cleaning oven, or even perhaps an entire suite of appliances for a full refurbishment; our team will be able to give you the right information to help you to make the right decision.

Our service department have fully accredited engineers able to diagnose and subsequently repair your item to get your faulty appliance back up and running. We offer full in-house warranty support on brands such as Bosch, Siemens, Neff, Beko and Blomberg; meaning our customers can come to DAC as a one-stop-shop for the purchase as any necessary in-warranty repairs on these brands can be carried through by DAC without our customers needing to be directed to busy, national service departments. In addition to our in-warranty service support, we also offer out of warranty support to appliances on the same basis. We keep our chargeable services competitive and offer the same expertise and support options on these types of repairs as those that we offer for in-warranty repairs.

In addition to our knowledgeable sales team and experienced service department, DAC also offer a fully stocked spare parts counter should you wish to take on your own repairs, or even just to obtain the simpler consumables such as vacuum bags, light bulbs or replacement shelves.
