We offer a full installation service on all appliances we sell, as well as free local delivery (within 15 miles excluding the congestion zone and excluding special promotions) on all major items and for a small charge we can remove your old equipment for recycling.

We also have a full range of LED televisions and DVD recorders for rental.

We were established in 1932 with a single shop and expanded in 1970 when we purchased the shop next door and now have a large double fronted shop where we now have the space to sell all electrical and gas appliances. In 1995 we expanded further when we opened a branch in Hertford which now keeps many of the family who still run the business very busy.

We are still a family business run by Robin Millwood along with his 3 sons (Allan, Stephen & Richard), wife Christine, brother David, sister-in-law Susan and nephew Bobby.

We joined the local buying group in 1965 which then went on to join others and form a nationwide buying group and now there are over 550 members and our managing director has been Chairman of CIH/Euronics for the last eight years.
