We have showrooms throughout Wales, 2 of which are in Haverfordwest. The others are in St Clears, Llanelli and Aberystwyth.  We also have two LG ‘Shop in Shop’ departments. 

The Vaughans business is one of the main independent retailers in the country for the supply of televisions, projectors, Blu-Ray/DVD players, camcorders, satellite boxes, music systems, telephones, cleaners, a full range of built-in and free standing appliances, as well as a whole host of electrical goods for the domestic and commercial market.

What separate’s Vaughans from its competition is its highest levels of customer service and supply. In a study by the independent Friedman Group, Vaughans was ranked amongst the highest in the UK, and indeed was 2nd in the UK for the Shop national standards.

Our commitment to quality service has enabled Vaughans to grow to be in the top 10 of Panasonic dealers in the UK. Our top ranking reflects the commitment that is shared by all staff throughout the Company.  Quality service is our watchword.

Vaughans is already associated with the brand leaders in electrical technologies and Vaughans are the only approved independent suppliers of Panasonic goods in the county of Pembrokeshire.
