Our Horsham Medwin Walk store, just a few steps from the entrance to Swan Walk is jointly managed by Paul and Henry who have been with us since it was opened in 1994. We offer a total solution and great after sales service for our customers including delivery, installation, and the removal of the old machine plus of course a demonstration of the new working appliance in your home.

Carters offer free local delivery on all major purchases throughout Sussex and some areas in Southern Surrey. We will unpack your products for you to inspect if required and take the packaging away too. As we are a green thinking company, we then recycle the polystyrene, polyurethane, and cardboard for future use.

How to find us

Our Carters Horsham Store is very easy to find being in the heart of the Town. When visiting the Swan Shopping Centre, we are to be found just outside the Boots The Chemists entrance/exit. Look north at this point and you will see us just twenty metres up the pedestrianised road on the right before reaching the Bed Centre.

Visitors by car will travel on the A24 from Worthing and the coast and from Dorking or Guildford from the North. Visitors from Crawley will most likely use the A264 but this will link up with the main A24 a few miles north of Horsham. From the A24 there are three roads leading to the Horsham store. The Worthing road, The A281 and  Warnham Road.

There is a also a main line Railway station a half a mile north of the shop for those customers wishing for the train t take the strain.

Delivery info

It is our policy to offer Free delivery within the Sussex area and lower Surrey on any sale totalling £150 or more. In effect this allows customers up to fifty miles away to purchase from this store and be entitled to the full delivery package we offer.

Customers from Brighton to the South, Uckfield to the East, Croydon to the North and Petersfield to the West are all included.
