BL Vision was set up in January 1961 by Mr Brown and Mr Leveresdge, both local business men. This obviously explains the B and L of the company name.

Over the ensuing years the company has expanded from primarily a service company to one selling both brown and white goods with a strong presence in the rental market. We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing an excellent service to our customers with same day - next day service being the goal.

We moved into our present shop in 1985 which was purpose built on the site of the Co-op coal yard. The displays have been regularly updated to meet the requirements of our customers in the ever-changing world of consumer electronics.

We also rent televisions and a wide range of domestic appliances including washing machines, fridges and freezers, dishwashers, etc. With our rental scheme if the item is rented for five years, we give you the equipment at the end of the agreement. Another feature of the rental scheme is that the agreement is on a monthly basis only so it can be terminated at any time during the agreement.
