We started our business in Haywards Heath some twenty-five years ago believing that there was room in the market for a company that offered a wide range of products and genuinely treated customer service as their main priority. The original store was located just outside of the busy customer flow, so we took the decision to move into South Road when the opportunity arose in 2012. We are pleased that this move has been considered a success. It is a better more modern air-conditioned store more capable of showing a better range of freestanding and built in appliances to suit the needs of today’s market. Carters is a member of Euronics that is a growing national force in the UK allowing us to sell goods at the very best price on the high street. Our message of choice and great value has been widely broadcast through radio and newspaper advertising campaigns. Carters is a retail organisation specialising in Gas and Electrical Domestic Appliances with a chain of high street stores located throughout Sussex. We trade in Sussex having seven stores covering the area from Worthing through to Brighton & Hove, Newhaven and north to Horsham, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Lewes including areas in Southern Surrey.
Carters offer free local delivery on all major purchases throughout Sussex and some areas in Southern Surrey. We will unpack your products for you to inspect if required and take the packaging away too. As we are a green thinking company, we then recycle the polystyrene, polyurethane, and cardboard for future use.
