Serafini Falkirk has operated the Sony Centre store in Falkirk since 2013 and has evolved into a multi-brand business selling and installing home entertainment and domestic appliances under the Euronics banner. The business is owned by Dean Serafini, who works in the store alongside a small team of long-serving colleagues and the shop’s resident cocker spaniel, Crunchie.

Our ethos is one of honest and friendly advice, professional delivery & installation and ongoing after-sales support for all our customers. We aim to help our customers maximise the benefits of any products they buy from us; relying heavily on repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals from a great many satisfied clients. We keep a substantial range of our products on display with most of the home entertainment products available for live demonstration.
