Here are some key things to think about before you make your choice
What size oven do you need? Remember to check whether the advertised size is gross capacity or usable space. Don’t let this catch you out.
Oven capacity is measured in litres, more litres indicate a bigger oven. A single oven will have a single large capacity oven, sometimes with a built in grill. Sizes will vary from 40 – 115 litres. Remember to check the number of shelves included as this can range from just the one to as many as four.

A conventional electric oven tends to have a slightly higher temperature at the top, so it’s perfect for the family roast and many more of your favourite dishes.
A fan oven is great at circulating the heat for a quicker cooking time, and a more balanced heat throughout the oven. We also have multi-functional ovens which combine both conventional and fan options giving you more flexible cooking.
We have single ovens with an ‘Air fryer’ function, which is great for small kitchens. No need for additional appliances.
Steam ovens are great for healthier cooking, as this method means your food keeps more of its natural nutrients. Worth noting though, Steam ovens will not brown or crisp your food, so always look for multi-functional ovens.
Easy cleaning
Catalytic liners can help with easy cleaning, but the Pyrolytic self-cleaning function makes it even easier.
Catalytic oven liners use a porous lining that absorbs the grease during cooking, then breaks it down at a lower temperature, making it easy to wipe clean. A pyrolytic oven cleans by heating up to extremely high temperatures to burn off the food residue, which can then be easily wiped clean.
Catalytic cleaning is more passive and works continuously during cooking, whilst pyrolytic cleaning requires a dedicated time to complete the cycle.
