I recently experienced dreadful customer service levels from two very well-known national white goods providers, fortunately I was still in a position to cancel my orders before things got completely out of hand however. More out of frustration than anything else I decided to contact Euronics – Albany and finally with some trepidation made an order for several Neff integral kitchen appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor fan), to be fitted into our existing units. Gavin supervised delivery, fit, removal, and I can only say that the whole experience was stress free. My concerns (bad fit) were soon alleviated and the quality and precision absolutely top quality overseen by someone who actually knows what he is doing and cares about the product and finish. While this level is maintained I will never revert to the appalling service - couldn’t care less attitude – offered by providers who have outsourced services (delivery/fitting) to mediocre companies who just want to make a fast buck without any liability.
