Albany Radio has been trading as a family business since 1932 with the Hertford Branch opening 20 years ago, since then we have gone from strength to strength building a large customer base and are very proud of the fact that our customers come back again and again. We pride ourselves on our service and knowledge of products.

We Stock all major brands of Television and Digital Radio as well as Washing Machines, Fridge Freezers, Gas and Electric Cookers and Dimplex Fires, we also have one of the largest displays of Small Appliances in Hertfordshire. We pride ourselves on our customer service and the ability to deliver and install on the same day or next working day on stocked items.

Brands on display include Bosch, Siemens, Hotpoint, Liebherr, Cannon, Panasonic, Toshiba, and Samsung.  Another side to our business is our Television rental service where customers can get the latest Flat Screen TV's for a low monthly payment.

How to find us

From the A10: Go off at the A414 junction to Hertford and at the next roundabout take the second exit and then at the bottom off the hill take the second exit into the town centre. Go past M&S on your left-hand side, carry on through the traffic lights and we are approx. 200 yds down on the right-hand side. From Ware come along the Ware Road (A119) and with Tesco's on your right go through these traffic lights to the next roundabout and take the third exit into the town. From Hatfield come along the A414 go under the railway bridge at the entrance to Hertford go across the roundabout, at the next roundabout again go straight across and at the next roundabout take the first left into the town.

Delivery info

We can deliver major appliances free of charge within a radius of 15 miles of the Hertford store and outside this area we can quote. We will also deliver for a small fee most cleaners, microwaves etc.
